It is safe to say there is a large market for them globally. Nigeria is one of the highest producers of ginger in Africa and the fourth in the world. Kafanchan in southern Kaduna harvest ginger in abundance thereby contributing 85% to the total number of ginger produced in this country. Kano state also produce ginger in a large volume. The raw material for dry split ginger which is raw ginger will be gotten in volume from Kaduna state, Kafanchan.
